Privacy Policy
We store the minimum a craps table needs, we don't sell it, and we tell you exactly what's there.
What we collect
- Account: username, email address, and a salted cryptographic hash of your password (we cannot see the password itself).
- Gameplay: your rolls, bets, play-money ledger, hands, and stats — that's what makes the game and leaderboards work.
- Security signals: IP address on security-relevant events (sign-in attempts, throttling), and server error logs.
- Payments: if you subscribe, payment is handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we store a customer/subscription reference, never your card number.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, an optional "trusted device" cookie if you choose to skip the email code for 14 days, and per-device preferences (like sound on/off) in your browser's local storage. No cross-site tracking cookies of ours; if we show ads, the ad provider's own policies apply and will be identified in this policy.
We email you to verify your address, deliver sign-in codes, and reset passwords. That's it unless you opt into more.
What we never do
We don't sell your personal data. We don't share it with third parties except processors that run the service (email delivery, payments, hosting), each bound to use it only to provide that service.
Leaderboards
Your username (never your email) appears on public leaderboards. Pick a username accordingly.
Your choices
You can change your email or password in Account, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing support@pointpuck.com from your account address. We'll remove it within 30 days, keeping only what fraud prevention or law requires.
