Terms of Service

The short version: PointPuck is a free play-money practice table for adults. Play nice, and don't treat it as gambling — it isn't.

1. What PointPuck is

PointPuck is a free craps simulator for entertainment and practice. All chips, bankrolls, and winnings are play money with no cash value. They cannot be purchased (other than optional cosmetic/convenience subscriptions), sold, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for anything of value. PointPuck is not a gambling service and offers no opportunity to win money or prizes.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may close accounts that misrepresent their age.

3. Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, exploit bugs, harass other players, or attempt to interfere with the integrity of the game or leaderboards.

4. Subscriptions

An optional Premium subscription (billed through our payment processor) removes ads and unlocks convenience features. It never affects dice outcomes, odds, or payouts. You can cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid period. Subscription fees are not wagers and buy no chance of winning anything.

5. Fair play

Automated play, exploitation of defects, and attempts to manipulate the service are prohibited. Play-money balances may be adjusted to correct errors or abuse.

6. The service is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep PointPuck accurate and available, but we provide it without warranties of any kind, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Play-money balances may be reset if required for technical or integrity reasons; we'll avoid this wherever possible.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged on the site. Continuing to play after changes means you accept them. Questions: support@pointpuck.com.
